Courage to Parent: Children Who Witness Abuse Program

The Courage to Parent is a FREE 4-week parenting group designed for parents to share experiences and learn more about their unique parenting concerns in a safe and supportive environment.

Healthy Attachment Workshop

Secrets to Fatherhood: A Fathers Only Parenting Group

Mondays 6:30 to 8:30. (8 weeks)
A group for Dads who have been impacted by family conflict to learn strategies for effective parenting. Learn skills to reinforce the behaviour you want and to raise responsible kids. Learn what to expect from your child at different ages, understand and support your child’s feelings, deal with temper tantrums and learn about effective discipline.

Empowering Dads Group

Do you have children between 0-6 years of age? Do you want to learn more about reinforcing positive behaviours? Do you want to make parenting fun and less stressful? Do you want to discover ways to build self-esteem in your children? Has your family been impacted by some form of family conflict? If yes, this group is for you.

The Empowering Dads Group is an 8 week parenting group designed especially for dads to share experiences and learn more about their unique parenting concerns in a safe and supportive environment.
